Loan Modification & Foreclosure Consultants
Effective, August 25, 2009, The Division of Mortgage Lending adopted permanent regulation R052-09 pursuant to Chapter 645F. This regulation requires licensing for persons conducting loan modification and foreclosure consultant services.
